English proficiency test score *Minimum requirement: TOEFL 58/Duolingo 85/ IELTS 5.5 (or Equivalent)
A copy of passport page/valid ID * Must be valid for at least 6 months, US applicants may include copy of state driver’s license/ID (passport needed for transfer to partner universities), A copy of both parents’ passports; if unavailable, copy of national identification cards are required (photo page), A copy of birth certificate or family certificate
One Recommendation letter
